Empowered Learning Series

This two-part Learning Series is designed to equip education leaders with comprehensive insights and actionable strategies to effectively support and retain staff of color within educational institutions. Through a blend of interactive discussions, and practical exercises, leaders will be empowered to delve into the critical nature of supporting staff of color, unpack the causes and challenges, and learn research-backed tools and strategies for immediate implementation. This learning series seeks to facilitate a transformative journey, enabling leaders to drive positive change and create a more inclusive and supportive workplace for staff of color.
